To book, contact us by email, mobile number or via contact page. 3D scans offer visualisation of your baby in three dimensions rather than the typically flat image representation with conventional 2D ultrasound - images of your baby are acquired with multiple 2D slices to create a volume effect (3D) and if we see baby moving, this is 4D imaging Your scan will always be carried out by a qualified Sonographer with an assistant also in attendance. What we offer and help we need from you: You must be 18 years or over Please do not attend if you have any concerns with your pregnancy – please always contact your NHS provider who will manage your care safely and effectively and best for you and your pregnancy. Best to attend from 24 -32 weeks. Please provide us with your EDD (estimated due date) to confirm gestation - we hope baby will help but sometimes your little one is not compliant and we may be unable to imagine your baby in 3D/4D – if we disappoint, we will discount your scan attendance costs. No need to attend with a full bladder but try not to totally empty your bladder before your Imagine Baby scan. We can assess how baby is growing and moving around including visualisation of the amniotic fluid, placental position and baby’s position - Your Imagine Baby scan will not include growth measurements if you are currently attending for regular growth scans as part of your ongoing NHS care. This prevents any misleading results. You will be given a report of your scan today. Imagine Baby does not have access to your medical notes, please share this report with your midwife/healthcare team to ensure appropriate onward care - if any concerns are raised at your scan appointment, the Sonographer may also ask to discuss findings directly with your healthcare provider. Prediction of baby's sex can be assessed if you wish at this scan We will provide black and white photos of your scan, a colour photo and additional images will be sent via email or saved to USB. Booking information: Please make sure you will consent to the scanning service offered and Our Guidance/T&C's/Privacy Policy information before booking. You will be required to read and sign a consent form prior to your scan - please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to complete form. Payment can be made in full following attendance at your scan, no deposit will be requested at time of booking but we would appreciate 48 hour notification of a cancelled appointment, if possible.
